Shipping & Delivery
We will have the goods delivered from our Manufacturers to our offices, this usually takes roughly 3-7 working days, then we will send the goods from our offices to you, this usually takes roughly 1-4 working days depending on which shipping option you selected at checkout.
Privacy & Security
Take a look at our privacy policy. We use a secure socket layer or SSL to keep you and your details safe when browsing online. We do not keep any payment details on our database or website, these details will be kept on either Paypal or Stripes website.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our work we can only accept returns of products in their original condition (not used/worn) within 10 working days from dispatch. Both parties will then decide if a refund is available or not. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it for any of the following accepted defects: Names differ from those provided at order stage, Missing graphic arts from the approved design, Major print errors, Damaged in transit (Photographic evidence of the package damaged prior to opening will be required in this instance). We do not accept returns / refunds for the following: Slight colour difference from the approved design (A colour on a monitor is not 100% accurate to what is printed), Minor white spots (Print error), Minor logo placement difference from the approved design, Products not arriving in time for specific events due to delays caused by our delivery courier, Products not arriving in time for specific events when an order is not made with sufficient time (As agreed by both parties). Where possible we will look to re-produce the product in question.
When you order online please make sure your details are correct, you are ordering the correct size and you are ordering the correct style. Once we start manufacturing the product we cannot change these. We have a design template on each product page which you should use to design your style, we can accept other templates but we are not liable for any differences when transferring your design from your template to ours.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment will be made through Paypal or Stripe. We will not store any payment details on our systems. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. 
Viewing Orders
You can take a look at your order within our website, go to the My Account page and login. We will keep you up to date with your order via email. If you need to change anything get in touch with us as soon as possible, in most cases we won't be able to change but if you get in touch fast enough, we might be able to.
Updating Account Information
Please make sure all your information is up to date and accurate in your account, you can go to your My Account page and update all your information if it changes.
